Djoudrjy Chiffra AKA Dj Da Don has collaborated with top-notch artists, including Moneybagg Yo, Kash Doll, G herbo, and Lil Durk. He recently collaborated with rapper Lil Boosie. Dj Da Don has been featured in several national magazines like The Source, Hip-Hop Weekly, and Respect Magazine. His hustle and grind keep him moving on his toes, traveling through the nation, to let his audience tap feet on his beats.

Upon inquiring about how Dj Da Don became Dj Da Don, he said that it all began when he was in high school. “Dj was my middle name, and I played solid safety and running back when I was in high school. The manner in which I used to run the ball was mind-blowing. Everybody used to say, “Man, you run like a Don.” Around that time, Lil Wayne had the hit “Go Dj.” By that being my middle name, it stuck. From that point onwards, my buddies and companions called me Dj Da Don, and I went for it. I have been called that since I was 16 years of age,” he shared.

Dj Da Don also expressed that pandemic has brought forth incredible opportunities for producers and artists, the same. “Man, to be completely forthright with you, there is undoubtedly silver lining to the clouds of the pandemic; it has made me closer to local artists. I, too, was staying at home, going to the studio, chipping away at beats, and sending beats out. On occasions such as this, the snappiest sales are from nearby artists. They help makers such as myself, remain afloat. Producers can give out better deals on beats and have more opportunities to chip away at music. Artists, too, have a ton of time to compose, and with that, they need beats to tune in to, so they have been purchasing beats like never before,” he says.

Dj Da Don further revealed a bit about his upcoming project with rapper Lil Boosie. “Man, the experience at his place was stunning. He gave me a fabulous tour, and we got in the studio. We’ve recorded three tracks up until now. He, as of late, sent me back one of the tracks we worked with, and we got some heat! Along these lines, if not in 2020, be ready for DJ Da Don and Boosie collab coming 2021,” he says.

Talking about his accomplishments, Dj Da Don expresses that being around the right individuals, for example, Durk and Chief Keef, and the associations he has made with Moneybagg Yo, is what makes him fruitful. “I adore these people, for they are the ones that have opened doors for me. It turns into a domino effect once one hit is made. Every other person takes action accordingly gradually. It is tied in with being determined and precise on the grounds that then you can chill with artists where they can hear your music. From that point, it has an effect on your career since then individuals begin to focus on your work. My only advice to aspiring producers is that toward the day’s end, it’s tied in with remaining grounded, remaining focused, and remaining steady. There are endless interruptions, which make it hard to get to the next level. It is anything but difficult to get stirred up in celebrating and traveling. You need to remain zeroed in on what you have going on and not let things pass you by,” he says.

Currently residing in Miami, Dj Da Don says that it the place where aspiring artists can start off with their music career. “Miami is a city to go to if you desire that you need your music to be heard. In the event that you have any club bangers, the radio is the place where it begins. Miami is a great city to kick your music profession off; from that point, it streams down to each other state. The music scene is great here; a ton of artists emerge from Florida. You generally have someone who is up next, and that is one thing I love about it. You generally know, in a flicker of an eye, that the next move or in the following year, you will have someone from Florida that is on top of the game,” he says.

We wish Dj Da Don an incredible future ahead and are waiting anxiously for his super collab with Boosie.
